Over 20 years within all aspects of the catering industry including retail, coffee shops, foodservice, pubs, hotels and restaurants.
Having formally trained as a Chef and held food development roles in the airline, branded high street and food service catering arenas I fully understand food production techniques, manufacturing and supply chain.
I have held senior operational positions within businesses such as Haagen-Dazs, Pret a Manger, Whitbread, TGI Fridays, Marriott Hotels, Costa Coffee, and Legoland. I have been involved extensively in menu, design, project management and concept development as well as detailed operational and marketing management focusing on delivering quality and profit.
Finally, having spent over 10 years in the garden centre business as a director of Blooms of Bressingham, I have also developed a detailed understanding of garden retailing covering purchasing, marketing, operations, property development and finance giving me a unique set of experiences and skills that can add value to your business
